I am the founder of Network Logix. Network Logix was reborn in 2004 with the vision of enabling small businesses across the country to use technology to more effectively grow, manage and protect their business. Network Logix provides a suite of TaaS (Technology as a Service) offerings, IT management services, web services, and professional services backed by a service team that is second to none.
I have been involved in Information Technology [IT] since 1992. Along the way, I have done work for companies such as MBNA America, eShare Communications, Lipstream Communications, and LL Bean. During the Internet boom of the late ’90s, I helped start and run several successful startups, which ultimately were sold to various Venture Capital firms throughout the country.
The seat of my passion has always been the entrepreneurial spirit, which drives me to bring the technology and philosophies of “Corporate America” into small business. I firmly believe that technology is the key to keeping small business relevant in the competitive, global economy. My goal is to guide small businesses in implementing their business mission, while aligning their IT strategy to meet that mission.
This blog is a continuation of my vision. Here I will add links and resources that will help small business owners and professionals navigate the myriads of gadgets, terminology, trends and news that ultimately impact daily life. As I write in the future, I hope to help my readers see how to use technology as “tool” for managing the blurring line between family and work. Along the way, I hope to inspire and entertain my readers as well. The beautiful thing about this next iteration of the web {i.e. Web 2.0} is that it is interactive. Please feel free to leave your comments, snide remarks and suggestions. And, by all means, share this with others.
